Old Fashioned Ginger Creams -Adeline Eichhorn Parshal

3/4 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1/4 C. molasses
1 egg
2 1/4 C. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t salt
1 t. ginger
1 t. cinnamon

Mix as usual (gotta love this direction)
Roll into balls
Roll in sugar
place on sheet
bake at 375
do not over bake
will flatten out during baking and have crinkled tops.
