Snickerdoodles

1 cup shortening, part butter add flavor

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 1/2 cups flour

2 eggs

1 t. baking soda

flavoring

2t. cream of tartar

roll in 3T Sugar & 3T Cinnamon

I am assuming you would bake these but alas, no temp or time.
